At The Wrist Watcher, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If your new watch doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the timepiece you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure the Timepiece
Place the watch back in its original presentation box, ensuring all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your shipping carton, ensuring any previous shipping marks are covered.
Verification and Refund
Once our master watchmakers inspect the return for authenticity and condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
